The Life and Music of Albert James Fillmore 

Albert James Fillmore (1913-1996) was a pianist, composer and teacher promoting the love of music in Michigan. This disc contains his Muse of Chopin (24 preludes in the Romantic style) performed by pianist Michael Coonrod. Also included are 9 of his vocal pieces, 4 choral works, and the beautiful composition Wondrous Love, for string orchestra with organ.

The CD booklet is a 64-page biography of Fillmore, written by Jean Coonrod, including a complete chronological listing of compositions.
